Donna M. Grant

age 84, of Iola, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017. Donna was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin on April 21, 1932, a daughter of the late Clara Amanda (Torgerson) and Melvin Julius Forseth. Donna married Lowell Gene Grant on Aug 4, 1954 in Dubuque, Iowa. He preceded her in death on July 17, 2001. Donna is remembered for kindness, understanding and good nature at all times. She was a devoted mother who always put her family first. She was a wise, principled and steady person. Her family owes her everything of true value that it can lay claim to. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.She is survived by her Daughter: Gail (David Hyypio) Grant, of Weston; Son: Mark (Julie) Grant, of Stoughton. Grandchildren: Nathan Grant, Alea (David) Bauer, Natasha Grant and Zachary Grant, Great Granddaughter: Ije Grant, Great Grandson: Caiden Bauer, Sister: Valerie (Dr. Edmund ) Thoe of Iola. Donna is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Lowell Gene Grant, Son: Garret Lee Grant and a Brother: Clair Malcom Forseth. A private family Funeral Service was held at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola. The Reverend Jim Roecker officiated. Interment was in the Riverside Cemetery in Iola. Loving and kind in all her ways, Upright and just to the end of her days; Sincere and true, in her heart and mind, Beautiful memories, she left behind.
