Carol Carlson

Carol Jean Carlson, age 86, of Milwaukee passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025. She was born on November 25, 1938, in the Town of Harrison, Waupaca County, Wisconsin to Julian and Margaret (Hoffman) Merde.

Carol is survived by her husband Clarence, children Craig Carlson and Cari (Russ) Delury, grandchildren Marissa Scheinoha, Steven Carlson, Madalyn Boardman and Abigail Carlson and great-grandchildren Seiya Nguyen and Lucia Barrett. She is preceded in death by her parents Julian and Margaret (Hoffman) Merde, sister Marian Carlson (Donald) and brothers Julian (Carole) Merde, Richard Merde and Donald Merde.

The Funeral Service for Carol will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola with the Rev. Bill Stukenberg officiating. Visitation will be held at Voie Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. Internment will be at Northland Lutheran Cemetery.
