Diane Shirley Jacobson, 88, of Iola, formerly of Scandinavia passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026. She was born on March 13, 1938 in Iola to the late Ernest and Bernice (Loken) Erickson. Diane married Neil Peterson on August 5, 1955, at the Hitterdahl Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on August 5, 1960. She later married Marlyn Jacobson on August 26, 1961 at Northland Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on March 23, 2019.

The Funeral Service for Diane will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM Scandinavia Lutheran Church with Reverends Mark and Marcia Sabin officiating. Visitation will be held at Scandinavia Lutheran Church from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM on Friday. Interment will be in the Scandinavia Lutheran Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in memory of Diane may be made to the Scandinavia Lutheran Church, 105 Church Street, Scandinavia, WI. 54977 or to the Michael J. Fox The Parkinson's Foundation listed below.
