Herbert Myers

Herbert Evan Myers, 70, of Ogdensburg, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1955 in Tigerton to Robert and Anne (Jones) Myers and was baptized and confirmed at the Iola United Methodist Church. Herb married Ronda (Renly) Myers on October 8, 1999 in Waupaca.

Herb graduated from Marion High School and was very active in sports. He was employed many years at the Waupaca Foundry until his retirement. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, shooting pool, snowmobiling, hunting and spending time in the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda; daughters: Stacy (Nick) Yonker, Julie Myers Doucette; stepson, Eric (Parker); 8-grandchildren, 1-great granddaughter and 1 great grandchild on the way; brother, Glenn (Linda) Myers; sisters: Roberta Frankow and Connie (Vern) Wendt. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law from Ronda's family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Anne (Jones) Myers; sisters: Gloria Olson, and Kristine Myers Shambeau.

The Memorial Service for Herbert will be held on Monday,August 4, 2025 1:00 PM at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola with Rev. Dale Wilson officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Aug 4th from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Interment will be at Iola Riverside Community Cemetery.
